Hospitality Desk at the Hotel

Dreamz will provide a Hospitality desk manned by our expirienced staff at the Venue during the entire duration of the conference to assist the delegates with their travel related services during the conference dates as follows:

This desk would provide assistance to the delegates as follows:
Hand over name badges and welcome packs
Advise the various halls where the meetings/sessions are taking place
Arrange luncheons/dinners for the delegates
Coordinate AM/PM tea/coffee breaks + lunches
Hotel Room booking
Air ticket re-confirmations
Arrange cars
Coordinate/assist the transport schedule
All other services to make the delegate and the staff stay comfortable
